To apply for a grant, please complete our Grant Request Form. Grant recipients are required to submit a completed Grant Reporting Form within one year of receiving funds, or sooner if submitting a new grant application before a year has elapsed.
Please view the Grant Scoring Sheet in order to clearly understand what criteria the Grant Application Committee will be using to evaluate applications.
The next grant cycle deadline is March 1, 2024. Grant decisions will generally be communicated by May 1.
